Join Antidote for their Summertime Mindful Floristry Workshop. The session will begin with an intimate meditation practice aimed at harnessing the positive energy of Summer. Next, their Expert Flower Designer will work with you to create beautiful and meaningful flower arrangements. Using senses, colour psychology and teachings on the language of flowers.
All attendees will be able to take their personally created bouquets away to enjoy at home.
