Come along to meet Natalie Costa, our Confidence Crusader, as we explore powerful tools to help children boost their confidence in a variety of situations.
We’ll discover that confidence means taking action, even when feelings of fear or nervousness rear their heads. Natalie will share some amazing tips and tricks to switch fear into excitement, and how we hold our bodies can change how we feel inside.
Kiddos will leave this session feeling empowered and inspired, ready to bring their whole selves to the world!
