Broadworks Focus Group

We are seeking volunteers for a small, hour-long focus group to discuss the impact that creative workspaces and cultural uses have in the City of London. You needn’t have any particular experience or knowledge of the topic; we are just looking for those who work in the City on a regular basis. Terms and Conditions for Eastern City Business Improvement District Focus Group

1.Purpose
We are seeking volunteers for a small, hour-long focus group to discuss the impact that creative workspaces and cultural uses have in the City of London. You needn’t have any particular experience or knowledge of the topic; we are just looking for those who work in the City on a regular basis. Those who take part will be given a £50 Sushi Samba gift card as a ‘thank you’ for their contribution and lunch will be provided.

2. Eligibility
   Participation is open to workers, business owners, stakeholders, and residents within the City of London. Attendees must be at least 18 years old.
3. Registration
   Participants must register in advance to secure their spot. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Reward
   All participants who attend and complete the full session will receive a £50 Sushi Samba gift card which will be emailed to a selected email address. There is no cash alternative to this reward.
5. Confidentiality
   All discussions during the focus group are confidential. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not disclose any sensitive information shared during the session.
6. Data Collection
   The Eastern City BID may collect personal information for registration and follow-up purposes. This data will be stored securely and used solely for communication related to the focus group and BID activities.
7. Conduct
   Participants are expected to engage respectfully and constructively. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the focus group.
8. Recording
   The focus group may be recorded for documentation purposes. By participating, you consent to being recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform the facilitator prior to the session.
9. Liability
   The Eastern City BID is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the focus group. Participants attend at their own risk.
10. Modifications
    The Eastern City BID reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants prior to the focus group.
