Unwind in the City with Broadworks

We are delighted be supporting Broadworks to launch Unwind in the City – a summer programme of wellbeing events.

Unwind in the City is free to all and will offer 8 weeks of music over July and August, movement classes, performances, live music, art exhibitions and children’s art workshops, inviting all visitors, spectators and attendees to prioritise their wellbeing this summer.

Programme highlights include:

Launch party 11th July

To celebrate the launch, Broadworks will open up their newly summer-ified terrace and play music all evening long. We have invited artist Hazel Mead to help brighten up our gallery and terrace with colours and life, and will have exciting and inspiring musicians giving us a taste of what is in store for the rest of the summer. Doors will open at 5pm with a special view of Carbon & Gold, an exhibition by Rod McIntosh and Mark Beattie, in the gallery, then you can continue upstairs for the wonderful Doctor Gosso and DJ Fossa Fossa, who will be playing inspiring music throughout the evening. The Broadworks terrace bar will be open for the event and we will have Spring Café serving their signature home made plant-based food!

Further live performances will be taking place on the terrace on Thursdays – stay tuned for more details. This will be accompanied by live music from pop-up performances across the Eastern City.
