EC BID is excited to announce the launch of the Padel Tennis Festival, coming to Aldgate from Saturday 29th April until Friday 14th July 2023!
In partnership with Central London Alliance, Aldgate Connect, EC BID & Blue Orchid Hospitality, we are bringing the first ever Padel Tennis pop up court in to Central London (and what better place to have it than right here in the City!).
Join us right by the iconic Tower of London in playing the world’s fastest growing sport, play for fun in your own private booking, take part in the ultimate Challenge or help local children start their sports journeys by Sponsoring a School.

Capture the spirit this summer of the world’s fastest growing sport! The court is available for all ages and abilities for you to hire on an hourly basis from £20, including all equipment needed. Book this state-of-the-art court for up to 4 people, Monday – Friday, 8am – 9pm until 14th July and experience this incredible sport, whether it is your first time, or you’re a seasoned pro.
Ultimate Corporate Challenge
Battle it out against players from companies across London in a fun corporate challenge experience, coinciding with the All England Club’s tennis at Wimbledon. Who will be crowned London’s winning padel team? Ensure your company does not miss out on this unique team building and networking experience.
Sponsor a School
We want to provide the court free of charge to local schools to give children from all backgrounds a chance to access the sport, play and learn.
We are looking for sponsors to support the provision of dedicated court time for local schools, as well as a qualified Padel Coach, all the equipment needed, and a bespoke Padel Tennis programme created in partnership with the school.
How to play?
Padel is an all-inclusive game, available for all ages, genders and abilities. This court is is fully accessible to wheelchair users. Many say Padel is like a combination of tennis, squash and badminton, ultimately it is a fun experience for all.
