Have your say on the Eastern City

We want to know your views on how we can make the Eastern City even better. From improving streets and public spaces, to enhancing its unique character whilst also addressing some of its issues. So we can work to develop a truly great place for businesses, workers, residents and visitors.

The Eastern City Business Improvement District (BID) team would like to hear what you think makes the area special, and any challenges that need to be addressed to improve the place and make it work for you.

We have appointed independent research and urban design practice Publica to deliver a long-term vision for the streets and public spaces around the Eastern City area. It will propose a strategy and associated interventions that will enhance the area and create the best possible experience for all to enjoy.

EC BID works very closely with the City of London Corporation to ensure we align with their policies and strategies in place for the Eastern City. We will also be working with other statutory bodies including TfL as we develop this strategy which will enhance, supplement, and add value to the work already underway in the area.
