Happy Marlo Webinars for Children’s Mental Health Week

As part of our #RECHARGE2024 programme, we are running a series of free family-friendly online ‘My Voice Matters’ webinars delivered in partnership with Happy Marlo.

We are doing this to support Children’s Mental Health week 5-11 February 2024, which empowers, equips and gives a voice to all children and young people in the UK.

Being a working parent or guardian can be stressful at times, that’s why we are teaming up with Happy Marlo to provide some fun and stress beating workshops perfect for children and their grown ups to enjoy together.

Our workshops include:

Power Up Your Thoughts!
Tuesday 6th February, 4.30pm

Come along to meet Natalie Costa, our Confidence Crusader, as we explore powerful tools to help children boost their confidence in a variety of situations.

We’ll discover that confidence means taking action, even when feelings of fear or nervousness rear their heads.  Natalie will share some amazing tips and tricks to switch fear into excitement, and how we hold our bodies can change how we feel inside.

Kiddos will leave this session feeling empowered and inspired, ready to bring their whole selves to the world!

Tap, Tap, Confidence Map!
Wednesday 7th February, 5pm

Donna Grant, Happy Marlo’s Chief Wellness Wonder Woman will be dialling up the feel-good as we learn how ‘tapping’ can help us to discover the hidden messages our body holds, as we learn who to unlock more confidence from within.

Tapping is a magical way to help us manage our stress and feel more in control of our feelings.  No special shoes required 😉 Just come along with an open mind, heart, and your fingers!

If you’re looking for a way to quickly and safely overcome nerves and worries, or feel a bit calmer when anger comes to visit, we’ve got you.  We’re on a mission to help children learn how to unleash their own superpowers.
