Get involved

We are keen to engage with as many local businesses as possible to ensure that we are representative of the needs of the area. There are many ways to get involved, from joining one of our steering groups to participating in events. We would like to involve property owners and occupiers from across the footprint, so please do get in touch if you would like to take part. Our engagement programme is already building as we promote the benefits of the BID and work towards achieving its goals.

Our steering groups play an important role in directing the various projects undertaken by the EC Partnership. To ensure we have a collective voice the steering group aims to be representative of as many businesses as possible in the area.

Our steering groups meet on a quarterly basis for 1 hour and are split into the following categories:

• Marketing and Communications
• Public Realm and Environment
• Promoting Good Growth & Social Value
