Broadworks shortlisted for the New London Awards 2024!
We are delighted to share that Broadworks has been shortlisted in the Meanwhile category for the New London Awards 2024.
Supported by the Mayor of London, the New London Awards celebrate London, seeking the best new projects across every sector that make a positive contribution to their surroundings.
Broadworks exemplifies the transformative power of partnerships in reshaping urban spaces. Through a collaboration by Hive Curates, Landsec and EC BID we were able to curate a meanwhile use space at 55 Old Broadstreet. Broadworks offers affordable studio space and exhibition space for local artists, a coffee shop, event space as well as hosting a programme of low cost and free events for all the community to enjoy.

Please vote for Broadworks as part of the Hidden Heroes Award. Shaping the city is a collective endeavour which requires the skills and dedication of numerous professions and trades. Often each project fulfils its ultimate potential because of the skills and dedication of individuals. These individuals’ efforts often go unseen and unrecognised yet without them we would not have the energy and diverse city we have today. The ‘Hidden Hero’ prize recognises individuals that make a significant contribution to the creation of great places. Nominate your Hiddo Hero by Friday 4 October here: https://www.cognitoforms.com/NewLondonArchitecture1/HiddenHerosAward2024
